Safe collection of liquid pharmaceutical leftovers with Seponett LP-25.
Seponett LP-25 (2500 ml) is a container for safe collection of most types of liquid pharmaceutical leftovers.
The container is intended for use in hospitals and other healthcare facilities where pharmaceutical waste is generated.
Liquid pharmaceuticals are conveniently deposited through the luer adapter on the flip top cap.
Seponett LP-25 contains Relasorb®, a superabsorbent polymer capable of binding the deposited pharmaceuticals into a thick gel.
When full, the Seponett LP-series containers must be collected and disposed of in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The use of Seponett LP-series containers is a measure to help meet the requirements of systematic and preventive work in hospitals, as well as in municipal institutions.
In the case of environmental certification according to ISO 14001, collection, segregation and labeling of waste medicines are among described measures. Use of Seponett LP-series is thus an active approach to issues around handling of medicines, pharmaceutical waste and the environment.
Each container is equipped with a unique serial number and barcode.
